Do you do large macaron orders?

Do your macarons contain gluten?

Most of our macarons are gluten-free because they’re made with almond flour rather than regular flour. A few flavours do contain gluten when we have added in an ingredient that contains gluten like oreos or pie crust for example. You can view our daily flavours here including which flavours are gluten-free.

Do your macarons contain dairy?

All of our macarons are filled with buttercream.

Do you make vegan macarons?

We are planning to offer vegan macarons soon. Please keep an eye on our social media for when they become available.

Ice Cream

Do you make vegan ice cream?

Yes we do! We aim to have 3-4 vegan ice cream flavours in scoops at any given time, and a larger selection of pints. You can view our daily scoop and pint flavours here.

Is your shop celiac-safe?

While we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment, as products containing gluten are made in our shop, we take extensive precautions to minimize cross-contact. Many guests with celiac disease have safely enjoyed our gluten-free options; however, we encourage individuals to make the decision that is best for their own dietary needs.

Are you hiring?

We typically hire in February and March, but anyone interested in joining our team is welcome to drop off a resume at any time, in case an opening becomes available. We only accept resumes in person so please swing by the shop if you’d like to drop one off.

Do you deliver?

We do not offer in-house delivery. However, our products are available for delivery through Skip the Dishes on most days, with delivery typically offered within a 15-minute radius. Please check the Skip the Dishes app for current availability.

Do you have any other locations?

Our location in central Nanaimo at Country Club Centre is currently our only location.
