Burnt Honey Dessert Company is a proudly family-owned and operated business, founded by wife-and-wife team Kara and Fiona Shedden. Born from Kara’s lifelong love of ice cream and Fiona’s fearless entrepreneurial spirit, Burnt Honey opened its doors on February 4, 2019.
Since day one, we’ve been serving homemade, high-quality ice cream and macarons, crafted with care and intention. We are passionate about supporting local farmers, artists, and fellow small businesses whenever possible, and we are committed to minimizing our environmental impact by using compostable and recyclable products wherever we can.
