Burnt Honey Dessert Company was started by wife and wife team Kara and Fiona Shedden, born from Kara’s lifelong passion for ice cream and Fiona’s fearless entrepreneurial spirit. We opened our doors on February 4th, 2019 and have proudly been serving homemade, high quality ice cream and macarons ever since. We strive to support as many local farmers, artists and other small businesses as possible in the process. Burnt Honey is committed to having as low of a carbon footprint as possible using compostable and recyclable products wherever we can.
